Recently, HANQI has completed key deliveries for two major projects of PetroChina: the high-salinity wastewater treatment system for Guangxi Petrochemical's refining and chemical integration project, and the renovation of the advanced wastewater treatment unit for Jilin Petrochemical's transformation and upgrade project. Both projects achieved critical delivery and operation milestones before the Chinese New Year, once again demonstrating HANQI's comprehensive project execution capabilities and technical expertise in serving large national petrochemical projects.

In the Guangxi Petrochemical project, HANQI was responsible for the core process section of the high-salinity wastewater treatment system. This system plays a key role in ensuring stable compliance of the plant's wastewater discharge into the sea, treating complex wastewater with high COD, high salinity, and poor biodegradability from multiple production units under stringent requirements. Through customized solutions and reliable system delivery, the project team helped the client meet the strictest environmental discharge standards. 

In the Jilin Petrochemical transformation and upgrade project, HANQI undertook the renovation of the advanced wastewater treatment unit, addressing challenges such as large treatment capacity and high requirements for continuous operation. With the plant's total treatment capacity being substantial, this renovation aimed to further enhance standards. Upon completion, the unit will achieve a treatment capacity of 6,600 tons per hour (approximately 158,000 tons per day), meeting the increased demand after the base's transformation and upgrade. The successful delivery of this project provides critical support for Jilin Petrochemical's green and low-carbon development goals.

The successful delivery of these two key projects marks the successful conclusion of HANQI's project execution in the large-scale industrial water treatment sector in 2025.
