Beijing Hanqi Environment Technology Co., Ltd. has signed the wastewater treatment process package contract for the CNOOC-Shell Huizhou Phase III Ethylene Project with CNOOC and Shell Petrochemicals Company Limited (CSPC). The contract has now officially commenced, marking full project execution.
