In 2021, CNNC pioneered the "Sulfur-Phosphorus-Iron-Titanium-Lithium-Vanadium" green circular low-carbon industrial chain, including:
200,000 t/y resource utilization project (Gansu)
300,000 t/y recycled TiO₂ deep processing
500,000 t/y water-soluble MAP fertilizer
500,000 t/y LFP battery materials
1 million m³ vanadium flow battery electrolyte
2GW renewable energy generation
Project Highlights:
Synthetic mother liquor wastewater: 280 m³/h
Sequential removal of PO₄³⁻, Mg²⁺, Fe²⁺/³⁺, Mn²⁺, F⁻ ions
Challenging commissioning due to significant influent deviations
High corrosion resistance requirements with rigorously vetted materials (fully skid-mounted)
