Hanqi Mr Guoyongwei attended the” International Conference on Coal Gasification Technology and Industry" in Jincheng city together with domestic and foreign experts, scholars total 700 person to discuss coal gasification technology development and waste water treatment solutions.

For the treatment of gasification waste water, Hanqi proposed an efficient and pretreatment solution and benefit as followed:

-       improve the operating environment of the entire gasification system or gasification island, which is more conducive to stable and efficient production;

-       reduce the dosage of scale inhibitors and dispersants, decrease discharge water capacity;

-       Reduce membrane fouling and maintain the normal operation with less cost

Remove pollution factors which affect the fouling of the equipment to ensure stable operation and good salt separation effect.

Hanqi presented two case study:

Yitai coal chemical gasification water pretreatment project, which  is mixed water from coal slurry and pulverized slurry  with the characteristics of high temperature, high hardness and high silicon need to be treated to reduce the scaling and ensure the stable operation of subsequent processe.

Hanqi provided a set of Turboflow integrated equipment with capacity of 500m3/h.

We determined the design parameters by experiments and focused on the improvement of mixing system as well as adjust operation mode to ensure that the treated water with qualified standard and extend service life of the equipment. Thus as a demonstration project, it attracts many customers to visit.

Jinmei coal group gasification water with high fluorine of 100mg/l need to be treated to less than 2mg/l for discharge.

In view of the requirements of fluoride reduction and limited land occupation, Hanqi provided a combination process of Turboflow and Sandflow to fix the difficulties as an advanced fluoride removal process.
