Hanqi Environment Offers Solutions for Challenging Wastewater Treatment

On June 29, Hanqi Environment participated in the "2024 New Technologies & Equipment Application for High-Salt, High-COD, High-Ammonia Nitrogen Wastewater Treatment in Chemical Parks" technical exchange conference organized by Industrial Environmental Protection Network. At the event, Hanqi delivered a presentation titled "Solutions for Challenging Wastewater Treatment," drawing significant attention from attendees.

For wastewater characterized by high salinity, high COD, and high ammonia nitrogen (the "three highs"), Hanqi highlighted two core process technologies:

  1. Self-Developed Ozone Fluidized Bed Technology

    • Applies chemical-enhanced mass transfer principles to water treatment

    • Uniformly increases dissolved ozone concentration in water

    • Improves ozone utilization and reaction efficiency

    • Zero secondary pollution, environmentally friendly

    • Suitable for new construction, upgrade projects, and special water quality applications

  2. Carbon-Loaded Biological Fluidized Bed Technology

    • Targets high-salinity, high-COD wastewater with toxic/inhibitory substances

    • Integrates detoxification, efficient mass transfer, and high-biomass technologies

    • Overcomes barriers in refractory wastewater biochemical treatment

    • Provides low-cost solutions for POSM, phenol acetone, pharmaceutical, and other complex wastewater
